CREATE SEQUENCE .. MINVALUE

When using the CYCLE clause, it may be useful to specify a different MINVALUE than the default of 1:

// The MINVALUE from which the sequence should cycle if applicable
create.createSequence("sequence").minvalue(1).execute();
create.createSequence("sequence").noMinvalue().execute();

Dialect support
